1. Directors’ Report to the Shareholders:

Approved the Director Report and all its annexures for the Financial Year 202223.

2. : 38th Annual General Meeting

The 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 5.00 p.m. The Annual General Meeting shall be held by means of Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means in accordance with the relevant Circulars issued by The Ministry of Corporate Affairs to transact the business as contained in the notice convening the AGM.

3. Cut-off Date :

The cut-off date for ascertaining the list of the shareholders to whom the Notice of the 38[th] AGM shall be sent has been fixed as Friday, July 28, 2023, for determining the eligibility of shareholders to vote on the resolutions proposed at the 38th AGM of the Company has been fixed as Friday, September 1, 2023;
