This is to inform you that inter-alia the following decisions were taken at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on August 23, 2021:

1. Directors’ Report

Approved the Director Report and all its annexures for the Financial Year 202021.

2. 36th Annual General Meeting :

The 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on September 23, 2021 at 11.00 a.m. The Annual General Meeting shall be held by means of Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means on account of outbreak of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Pandemic and in accordance with the relevant Circulars issued by The Ministry of Corporate Affairs to transact the business as contained in the notice convening the AGM.

3. Book Closure Date :

The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, September 18, 2021 to Thursday, September 23, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 36th Annual General Meeting.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 5.30 p.m. and concluded at 6.10 p.m.
