Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ("Listing Regulations"), we hereby inform the Exchange that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, September 27, 2022 to Thursday, September 29, 2022 (both days inclusive) in view of the Thirty Seventh Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be held on Thursday September 29, 2022 at 5.00 p.m.
