Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ("Listing Regulations"), we hereby inform the Exchange that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, September 18, 2021 to Thursday, September 23, 2021 (both days inclusive) in view of the Thirty Sixth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be held on September 23, 2021 at 11.00 a.m.

The Annual General Meeting shall be held by means of Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means on account of outbreak of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Pandemic and in accordance with the relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
