New number of shares and votes in Netel Holding AB (publ)
The number of shares and votes in Netel Holding AB (publ) ("Netel") has increased as a result of the recently completed offset issues of shares, which was resolved on 10 March and 11 March 2022 by virtue of authorization from the extraordinary general meeting held on 27 August 2021, in connection with the acquisitions of Eltek Entreprenad Sverige AB och Elcenter i Söderköping Aktiebolag.
Through the offset issue of shares, the number of shares and votes in Netel increased 10 March 2022 with 65,775 and 11 March 2022 with 89,763. During March 2022 the total number of shares and votes increased consequently by 155,538.
As of 31 March 2022, on the last trading day of the month, there were a total of 47,497,061 shares and votes in Netel.
