The number of shares and votes in Netel Holding AB (publ) has increased as a result of the recently completed offset issues of shares, which was resolved on 5 August 2022 by virtue of authorization from the annual general meeting held on 4 May 2022, in connection with the acquisition of Doocey North East Ltd.
Through the offset issue of shares, the number of shares and votes in Netel increased with 90,364.
As of 31 August 2022, on the last trading day of the month, there were a total of 48,022,342 shares and votes in Netel.
