Peter Andersson resigns as CFO of Netel Group and Fredrik Helenius assumes the position as acting CFO

Peter Andersson has chosen to end his employment as CFO of Netel Group. Fredrik Helenius, Group Accounting Manager, assumes the role as acting CFO with immediate effect.

"I would like to thank Peter for his great commitment and fantastic efforts during the time he has been with the company. I also want to thank Fredrik for accepting the responsibility as acting CFO of Netel Group. Since 2020, Fredrik has worked closely with Peter Andersson and was involved in the listing of Netel Group on Nasdaq Stockholm. With his solid competence and experience in our industry and business, I am confident that Fredrik will manage this assignment in an excellent way," says CEO and President Jeanette Reuterskiöld.

Before Fredrik Helenius joined Netel Group as Group Accounting Manager in 2020, he worked as a consultant at BCG and as a consultant in accounting and tax, among other things. Fredrik Helenius has a master's degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.

The process to appoint a regular CFO starts immediately.
