In accordance with Section 32 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Netcompany Group A/S ("Netcompany") issues an announcement to state the total number of shares and voting rights in Netcompany at the end of a calendar month during which there have been changes to its share capital.
In company announcement no. 12/2018 dated 11 June 2018, Netcompany announced the completion of an initial public offering of existing shares. Following this announcement, the table below lists the total number of shares and voting rights in Netcompany at 29 June 2018:
