Major shareholder announcement

Netcompany Group A/S (the "Company" or "Netcompany") hereby announces the following notifications received pursuant to section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act and the Danish Executive Order on Major Shareholders from Danske Bank A/S, regarding their direct and indirect holdings in Netcompany.

Danske Bank A/S has today informed the Company, that Danske Bank A/S as of 7 June 2018 directly and indirectly via Danica Pension, Livsforsikringsaktieselskab, Danica Pension Försäkringsaktiebolag, Sweden and Danske Invest in aggregate holds 4,721,431 shares, each with a nominal value of DKK 1 corresponding to 9.44% of the total share capital and holds 2,858,930 voting rights corresponding to 5.72% of the total voting rights in the Company.

FMR LLC, Wilmington USA has today informed the Company, that FMR LLC as of 7 June 2018 indirectly holds 2,695,495 shares and voting rights, each with a nominal value of DKK 1, corresponding to 5.39% of the total share capital and the total voting rights of the Company.

The shares are held directly by (i) FIAM LLC, Fidelity Institutional Asset Management Trust Company, which are controlled by FIAM Holdings LLC, which in turn is controlled by FMR LLC, (ii) FMR Investment Management (UK) Limited, which is controlled by Fidelity Management & Research (U.K.) Inc., which is controlled by Fidelity Management & Research Company, which is controlled by FMR LLC, (iii) FMR Co., Inc., Fidelity Management & Research (Japan) Limited, Fidelity Management & Research (Hong Kong) Limited, which are controlled by Fidelity Management & Research Company, which is controlled by FMR LLC and (iv) Fidelity Management & Research Company, which is controlled by FMR LLC.
