Correction: Major shareholder announcement

Netcompany Group A/S (the "Company" or "Netcompany") hereby announces the following notifications received pursuant to section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act and the Danish Executive Order on Major Shareholders from Danske Bank A/S, regarding their direct and indirect holdings in Netcompany. The notification received from Danske Bank A/S today is a correction of the major shareholder notification made by Danske Bank A/S on 13 June 2018 and announced by Netcompany in company announcement no. 14 on 13 June 2018.

Danske Bank A/S has today informed the Company, that Danske Bank A/S as of 12 June 2018 directly (0.35%) and indirectly (9.10%) via Danica Pension Livsforsikringsaktieselskab, Danica Pension Försäkringsaktiebolag, Investeringsforeningen Danske Invest and Danske Invest SICAV in aggregate holds 4,723,387 shares, each with a nominal value of DKK 1 corresponding to 9.45% of the total share capital and directly (0.35%) and indirectly (5.37%) via Danica Pension Livsforsikringsaktieselskab, Investeringsforeningen Danske Invest, Kapitalforeningen Danske Invest Institutionel and Danske Invest SICAV controls 2,860,886 voting rights corresponding to 5.72% of the total voting rights in the Company.

None of Danske Bank A/S, Danica Pension Livsforsikringsaktieselskab, Danica Pension Försäkringsaktiebolag, Investeringsforeningen Danske Invest, Kapitalforeningen Danske Invest Institutionel and Danske Invest SICAV individually holds 5% or more of the total share capital and voting rights in the Company.
