Major shareholder announcement

Netcompany Group A/S (the "Company" or "Netcompany") hereby announces the following notification received pursuant to section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act from Danske Bank A/S, regarding their direct and indirect holdings and voting rights in Netcompany. 

Danske Bank A/S has today informed the Company, that Danske Bank A/S as of 9 November 2018 directly (0,0147%) and indirectly (13,51568%) via Danica Pension Livsforsikringsaktieselskab, Danica Pension Försäkringsaktiebolag, 3 investment funds in aggregate holds 6,765,192 shares, each with a nominal value of DKK1 corresponding to 13,53038% of the total share capital and directly (0,55914%) and indirectly (9.59404%) controls 5,076,590 voting rights corresponding to 10.15318% of the total voting rights in the Company.

It is only Danske Invest (DI inst. afdeling DI Pension Aktier), which holds 5% or more of the total share capital and voting rights in the Company.
