Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading provider of intelligent automation and customer engagement software, announces the sale of 300,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by Michael Jackson, Non-Executive Director at a price of 115.75 pence per Ordinary Share. The shares were sold as part of estate planning and to satisfy investor demand. Mr Jackson has no intention to sell further Ordinary Shares at the current time.

Following the sale of 300,000 Ordinary Shares, Mr Jackson's shareholding is 1,091,450 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.66 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
