Purchase of shares by a director

Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading customer engagement software provider, announces that on 15 March 2018, Michael Jackson, Chairman of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at a price of 45 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Mr Jackson holds 800,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each, representing 0.55 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
