Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading customer engagement software provider, announces that it has been notified that on 20 May 2016 James Ormondroyd, Group Finance Director, transferred 985,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his spouse for nil consideration. Following the transfer, Mr Ormondroyd's total interest in the Company (including Ordinary Shares held by his spouse) remains unchanged at 1,625,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.17% of the total voting rights of the Company.
