NZI, a special purpose acquisition company formed with the intention to acquire renewable or clean energy technology companies and to finance, develop and promote those environmentally sound projects internationally, is pleased to announce that the Company has posted to shareholders copies of its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2023, along with notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at Wellington Room, 2nd Floor, The Army & Navy Club, 36 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5JN at 11.00am on Friday 6 October 2023 and Form of Proxy.
