Net Insurance: Full conversion subordinated bond

Rome, 18 September 2024 – Net Insurance, following its press release of March 27, 2023, informs that the last remaining holder of the bond "€5,000,000.00 Fixed Rate Dated Subordinated Convertible Notes due 17 December 2030 (ISIN IT0005429268)" has applied for conversion of its Notes for a total nominal value of € 200,000 (no. 2 bonds, each with a nominal value of € 100,000) and, to service the above conversion, 28,570 ordinary shares with no par value of the Company were transferred to such bondholder.

The bond is thus fully converted.
