Rome, 8 august 2022 – Net Insurance informs that, for the month of July, No. 1.430 Warrants (marked with Isin IT0005353880) have been exercised for a total equivalent of Euro 6,706.70.
With the exercise of a part of Warrant, the Company issued no. 1.430 new ordinary shares1 in compliance with the Rule of the Warrants and the new share capital will pass from euro 17.615.050 to euro 17.616.480.
Furthermore, the Company announces that it has deposited the new Articles of Association with the Register of Companies, containing the new capital, the composition of which is represented below:
