Rome, 7 november 2022 - Net Insurance informs that, for the last month of September, no. 1.704 Warrants (marked with Isin IT0005353880) have been exercised for a total equivalent of Euro 7.991,76.
With the exercise of a part of Warrant, the Company issued no. 1.704 new ordinary shares1 in compliance with the Rule of the Warrants and the new share capital will pass from euro 17.617.545 to euro 17.619.249.
Furthermore, the Company, today, deposited the new Articles of Association with the Register of Companies, containing the new capital, the composition of which is represented below:
