Publication of the prospectus for the listing of the ordinary shares and warrants of Net Insurance S.p.A. on Euronext STAR Milan

Rome, 28 July 2022 – following the press release issued on 27 July 2022, Net Insurance S.p.A. (the "Company"), hereby announces that the prospectus relating to the listing of the Company's ordinary shares and warrants on Euronext Milan, Euronext STAR Milan if the requirements are met, organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., has been published by means of filing with CONSOB and is available to the public at the Company's registered office (Rome, via Giuseppe Antonio Guattani no. 4), as well as on its website (www.netinsurance.it) in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

The Company is assisted by Banca Akros S.p.A. and EnVent Capital Markets Ltd as Sponsor and by Banca Finnat S.p.A. as Specialised Advisor. Linklaters provided legal and tax advice, KPMG acted as auditors, and Phoenix Capital provided nonaccounting advice.
