CONSOB's release of the Provision approving the Prospectus for the listing of ordinary shares and warrants of Net Insurance S.p.A. on Euronext STAR Milan

Rome, 27 July 2022 – Net Insurance S.p.A. (the "Company"), a company with ordinary shares and warrants traded on Euronext Growth Milan, announces that today by provision no. 0463794/22, CONSOB approved the prospectus relating to the listing of the Company's ordinary shares and warrants on Euronext STAR Milan, organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (the "Prospectus").

The Prospectus will be published by the Company at the times and in the manner stipulated by the applicable regulations.

The Company's ordinary shares will begin trading on Euronext Milan and the simultaneous withdrawal from trading on Euronext Growth Milan will be established by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. through a specific notice.

The Company is assisted by Banca Akros S.p.A. and EnVent Capital Markets Ltd as Sponsor and by Banca Finnat S.p.A. as Specialised Advisor. Linklaters provided legal and tax advice, KPMG acted as auditors, and Phoenix Capital provided nonaccounting advice.
