Net Insurance: Partial conversion subordinated bond
Rome, 22 december 2022 – Net Insurance, following the press release of 23 June 2021, announces that, on 16 December ended the second annual period1 in which to exercise the conversion of the subordinated convertible bond (Isin IT0005429268), issued in December 2020 and listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange.
In particular, the Company informs that the noteholders have applied for conversion for a total nominal of 1,200,000 (no. 12 bonds, each with a denomination of 100,000 euros) and, to service the aforementioned conversion, no. 199,992 treasury shares2 of the Company were transferred, in line with the "Terms and conditions" of the bond.
As a result of the partial conversion of the bond with the code Isin IT0005429268, the latter has a new nominal of € 3,400,000.
