Change in the Nomination Committee ahead of Net Insight's AGM 2026

Cobia Capital Management LP has announced that Jeffrey Meyers is leaving his position on the Nomination Committee. Carina Ingerby, appointed by Wilda Go AB, has joined as a new member of the Nomination Committee.

Following this change, the Nomination Committee consists of:

• Stina Barchan, appointed by Briban Invest AB
• Carina Ingerby, appointed by Wilda Go AB
• Jesper Bergström, appointed by Handelsbanken Funds
• Anna Söderblom, Chair of the Board

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee can do so via e-mail to valberedningen@netinsight.net or by post to Nomination Committee, Net Insight AB, Box 1200, SE-171 23 Solna, Sweden, no later than February 2, 2026.
