As you are aware, the Company is replacing al l the Share Certificates of Old Design (i.e. issued prior to 29th October 1993) with the New Design Share Certificates. In the normal course, the new certificates are issued on surrender of old certificates. The old certificates are non-transactional since 16th November 1994.

The certificates of Old Design as detailed hereunder, have been reported missing/lost and request received for issue of the New Design Share Certificates in lieu thereof, without surrender of the old certificates missing/lost:
