Dear Sir,
As you are aware, the Company is replacing all the Share Certificates of Old Design (i.e., issued prior to 29[th] October 1993) with the New Design Share Certificates. In the normal course, the new certificates are issued on surrender of old certificates. The old certificates are non-transactional since 16[th] November 1994.
The certificates of Old Design as detailed hereunder, have been reported missing/lost and request received for issue of the New Design Share Certificates in lieu thereof, without surrender of the old certificates missing/lost:

In absence of any claim/objection being lodged with the Company at its Registered Office within 15 days of the date of this letter, the Company shall proceed to issue New Design Share Certificates In lieu of Old Design Share Certificates detailed above, which are in any case non-transactional.
Please do the needful to bring the above to the knowledge of your members and others dealing through/connected with you. You will kindly appreciate the importance of your co-operation in the matter since under the circumstances of the case, we are not putting any newspaper advertisement for the purpose.
