The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on 1111 November 2021, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has recommended appointment of M/s S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditor of the Company to the members for approval at the 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held in 2022 for a term of 5 (five) years i.e. from the conclusion of 63"1 AGM to 68th AGM, in place of retiring Statutory Auditor M/s BS Rand Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants. Brief profile of M/s S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP is hereunder:
