As required under Regulation 29 (1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 11 March 2020, inter-alia, to consider and declare Interim Dividend for the financial year ending 31 March 2020. ,

The Interim Dividend, if declared, shall be paid to those shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as on the record date fixed for this purpose i.e., Thursday, 19 March 2020.

Further, as per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Securities of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees / Specified Persons of the Company from the opening of the trading hours on Thursday, 05 March 2020 till closure of the trading hours on Friday, 13 March 2020 (both days inclusive).
