NEPI ROCKCASTLE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER SUCCESSION
Shareholders are advised that Mr. Rüdiger Dany, will conclude his mandate as the CEO of NEPI Rockcastle as of 31 March 2026, after five very successful years with the Company, to continue his career in international commercial real-estate, retail and consultancy.
During his tenure as CEO, Rüdiger was instrumental in growing the Company and entrenching NEPI Rockcastle as the leading retail real estate player in Central and Eastern Europe. Under his leadership NEPI Rockcastle achieved strategic expansion of its portfolio with acquisitions of transformational assets, established and grew the renewable energy business and completed successful capital markets transactions, while consolidating the financial position and stakeholder's returns year on year.
The process of implementing a succession plan has commenced and the Board has engaged a leading international executive search firm in assessing both internal and external candidates, to identify the most suitable successor. We will update the market and the shareholders once this process concludes with an appointment for the CEO role.
The Board is thankful for Mr Dany's commitment, contribution and impact over the business and is wishing him all success and further achievements going forward.
