Neometals Ltd ( Company ) advises that Managing Director and CEO Mr Chris Reed has sold 593,288 Company shares on-market. Mr Reed has advised the Company that the share sale was entered into as part of annual personal financial planning, including to meet income tax obligations in respect of 2021 performance rights.
