Description

The securities of Neometals Ltd (‘NMT’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of NMT, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 23 November 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Neometals Limited (ASX: NMT) – Trading Halt Request

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Neometals Limited (ACN 099 116 631) (ASX: NMT & AIM: NMT) ( Company ) requests an immediate halt in trading of its shares to apply from the open of trading today, Tuesday, 21 November 2023.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

• the Company requests the trading halt pending an announcement in relation to an equity raising;

• the Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:

  • a further announcement being made about the completion of the institutional component of the equity raising; or

  • the commencement of trading on Thursday, 23 November 2023; and

• the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
