Share Purchase Plan Update

Reed Resources Ltd ( Company ) is pleased to advise that the Company’s $2 million Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ) which closed on 16 November 2012, has been heavily oversubscribed.

As a result of the oversubscription, applications will be subject to scale back in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPP.

The Company will provide final details of the SPP when the new shares are allotted on or about 22 November 2012.
