Issue to Kingsrose Mining Pty Ltd
The Board of directors of Reed Resources Ltd announce that it has resolved to issue in aggregate, 5,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company at \$0.20 each, to joint venture partner, Kingsrose Mining Pty Ltd (ACN 112 389 910), or such associated entities as may be nominated by it.
The issue will be for cash consideration, which proceeds shall be applied toward working capital for the Company. The relevant shares are expected to be issued no later than 31 December 2005.
