Board Changes
Reed Resources Ltd (ASX: RDR) ( Reed or the Company ) advises that as foreshadowed in the Company’s investor update that was released to the market on 26 August 2013, Luke Tonkin and Colin (Cobb) Johnstone will retire as directors of the Company effective 30 September 2013.
The Board has determined in connection with Mr Tonkin’s resignation as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer that his final tranche of sign‐on performance rights have vested. All long term incentive performance rights granted to Mr Tonkin lapse following his departure.
The Company thanks Mr Tonkin and Mr Johnstone for their efforts as directors of the Company and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
Chris Reed assumes the role of Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 October 2013.
