Retirement of Director – Dr Peter Collins

As was foreshadowed on 29 June 2012, Dr Peter Collins today retired as a director of Reed Resources Ltd ( Company ).

Dr Collins was a founding director of the Company, which listed on ASX in 2002. His contribution to the Company, especially during the Company’s early exploration phase, has been invaluable. Dr Collins was responsible for the planning and management of the exploration program that resulted in the discovery of the Sand George deposit at Comet Vale.

Mr David Reed, Chairman, said: “ The Board and I are most grateful to Peter for his efforts as a member of the Reed Resources Board for more than 10 years. Peter’s geological expertise has been of great benefit to the Company in appraising its various projects over the years. His commitment and attention to detail at Board level has also been invaluable. I thank Peter for his dedication to the Company and its projects. ”

An Appendix 3Z for Dr Collins is attached.
