APPOINTMENT OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

The Directors of Reed Resources Ltd ( Reed ) are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Jason Carone as Joint Company Secretary. Mr Carone’s appointment is in addition to his current role as Financial Controller of Reed.
