EXERCISE PRICE OF OPTIONS TO BE CONSIDERED AT TOMORROW’S AGM

As shareholders will be aware, the Company’s Notice of Annual General Meeting contains resolutions relating to the proposed grant of options to its directors.

The Notice states that the options are to be exercisable at an exercise price of the greater of $1.00 and 145% of the volume‐weighted average price for the Company’s shares traded on the ASX on 24 November 2010.

Following the close of trade on the ASX today, the Company advises that the final exercise price of the options, if approved by shareholders, will be $1.00.

The Company reminds shareholders that the Annual General Meeting will be held tomorrow at 3:00pm (Perth time) at the Celtic Club, 48 Ord Street, West Perth, Western Australia.
