Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to regulation 29 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is schedule to be held on Saturday, May 29, 2021 through video conferencing in wake of COVID- 19 pandemic, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2021 and to consider recommendation of a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company, for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 subject to declaration and approval of the same by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Further, as we have informed vide our letter dated March 31, 2021, the trading window closure period has commenced from April 1, 2021 and will end 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2021 pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
