The shareholders of Neoen SA (the "Company") are informed that the annual general meeting (the "Meeting") will be held on May 14, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. at the Company's registered office located at 22, rue Bayard 75008 Paris.
The prior Meeting notice, including the agenda, the draft resolutions submitted to the vote of the Meeting and the main participation and voting terms, is published today in the Bulletin des annonces légales obligatoires (BALO) and on the Company's website. The final convening notice will be published no later than April 29, 2024 in the BALO and a newspaper empowered to publish legal notices. These notices will be available on the Company's website: www.neoen.com in the "Annual General Meetings" section.
