Informativa sull'acquisto di azioni proprie nel periodo compreso tra il 18 e il 19 novembre 2021

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" o la "Società"), tra i principali operatori europei nella produzione di carte decorative per pannelli nobilitati e del flooring utilizzati nel settore dell'interior design, quotata nel segmento Euronext STAR Milan ("STAR"), organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., rende noto che, nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie autorizzato dall'assemblea degli azionisti della Società in data 13 aprile 2021, già oggetto di informativa al mercato in pari data ed in data 12 novembre 2021, nel periodo compreso tra il 18 e il 19 novembre 2021 ha acquistato n. 6.000 azioni proprie, al prezzo medio ponderato di 4,489 Euro per azione, per un controvalore complessivo di 26.933,66 Euro.
Di seguito, ai sensi dell'art. 2, paragrafo 3, del Regolamento Delegato 2016/1052/UE e sulla base delle informazioni fornite dall'intermediario incaricato BPER Banca S.p.A., il dettaglio in forma aggregata delle operazioni di acquisto di azioni proprie su base giornaliera effettuate nel periodo fino al 19 novembre 2021 su Euronext Milan (EXM).

Disclosure of share buybacks in the period from 18 to 19 November 2021

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), one of Europe's top players in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring used in interior design, listed in the Euronext STAR Milan ("STAR") segment organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that, as part of the share buyback programme authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting on 13 April 2021, previously disclosed to the market on the same date and on 12 November 2021, in the period from 18 to 19 November 2021, it purchased no. 6,000 treasury shares at the weighted average price of Euro 4.489 per share, for a total value of Euro 26,933.66
Below, pursuant to Article 2(3) of Delegated Regulation 2016/1052/EU and based on the information provided by the intermediary in charge BPER Banca S.p.A., are the details in aggregate form of the share buybacks made on a daily basis in the period up to 19 November 2021 on Euronext Milan (EXM).
