Neodecortech S.p.A.: notice of availability of the Information Document on a transaction of greater significance with a related party

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT"or the "Company"), one of Europe's top players in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring used in interior design, Euronext Milan, market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. - Euronext STAR Milan segment, herebyannounces that today was made available to the public at the registered office, on the Neodecortech website at www.neodecortech.it (Investor/Investor Relations/ Related Party Transactions), as well as on the authorized storage mechanism at www..it, the information document – drafted pursuant to Article 5 of Consob Regulation No. 17221/2010, as subsequently amended and supplemented, as well as pursuant to Article 6 of the "Related Party Transactions Procedure" adopted by NDT's Board of Directors – concerning the issuance by NDT of an independent first-demand guarantee in favour of Golden-Agri Resources B.V. ("Golden-Agri") and in the interest of its indirect subsidiary Bio Energia Guarcino S.r.l., to cover any defaults by the latter on its obligations under the palm oil supply contracts concluded with Golden-Agri.
