Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), one of Europe's top players in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring for interior design, listed on the MTA (electronic stock market) organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Borsa Italiana"), announces that the 2019 Sustainability Report of the Neodecortech Group is available on the website www.neodecortech.it, Sustainability, Sustainability Report section.

The document is drawn up on a voluntary basis and presents the Group's commitments, actions and performance in the social and environmental spheres, summed up with the acronym ESG (environmental, social and governance), to all its stakeholders. The report covers the period 1 January - 31 December 2019 and has been prepared in accordance with the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards (GRI Standards). Also included are the most significant events that took place in the first few months of the current year.

Lastly, the Company announces the launch of the new Group website, which reflects the governance setup that came into force with the start of trading on the MTA, highlighting the composition of the various internal committees and the skills of each of the members.

In the words of CEO Luigi Cologni: "The Sustainability Report marks a major step for the Neodecortech Group towards increasing transparency and alignment of interests among the various Stakeholders, who are the drivers of sustainable value growth in the long term".
