Below is the Corporate Events Calendar.

31 January 2020	Meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the
	draft financial statements and the consolidated financial
	statements at 31 December 2019.
24 February 2020	Single call of the Shareholders' Meeting of the Company
	for the approval of the financial statements at 31
	December 2019.
7 September 2020	Meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the
	Half-Year Report at 30 June 2020.

Additions and any changes to the Corporate Events Calendar will be promptly disclosed by the Company to the market.
