Approval of the Report on the Remuneration Policy and on Compensation Paid

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), one of Europe's top players in the production of decorative surfaces for laminated panels and flooring used in interior design, listed on the Euronext Milan market, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. - STAR Segment, announces that the Board of Directors met today and approved:

• the report on the remuneration policy and on compensation paid pursuant to Article 123-ter of the TUF.

This document will be made publicly available in the manner and within the time limits of applicable laws and regulations

We would also like to announce that the financial calendar has been updated to include conference calls with the financial markets for the presentation of the figures.
