("Neodecortech" or the "Company" or "NDT"), one of Europe's top players in the production of decorative surfaces for laminated panels and flooring used in interior design, listed on Euronext Milan organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. - Euronext STAR Milan segment, hereby announces the availability at the registered office, on the Neodecortech website at www.neodecortech.it (Investor/Financial Statements and Company Documents/2025 section), as well as on the authorized storage mechanism 1Info at www.1info.it, of the Consolidated Interim Management Statement at 30 September 2025 approved by the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 November 2025, accompanied by the certification of the Financial Reporting Manager as per Article 154- bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998, and including the Independent Auditors' limited Report.
