➢ Neodecortech to attend the Digital Italian Sustainability Week organized by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), one of Europe's top players in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring for interior design, listed on the Mercato Telematico Azionario (electronic stock market) organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("MTA" and "Borsa Italiana"), announces its attendance at the 2020 edition of the Digital Italian Sustainability Week organized by Borsa Italiana. The event is held digitally and aims to promote dialogue between listed companies and domestic and international investors on issues of innovative sustainable strategy and finance.
The webcast sessions scheduled on 29 June and 1 July 2020 will be attended by Luigi Cologni (Chief Executive Officer and Investor Relator), Massimo Giorgilli (Chief Executive Officer of Cartiere di Guarcino S.p.A. and Sole Director of Bio Energia Guarcino S.r.l.) and Fabio Zanobini (CFO of the Neodecortech Group).
