• CONSOB notified of KID update on "Warrant Neodecortech 2018-2021"

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), the Italian market leader in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring for interior design, with shares and warrants listed on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("AIM Italia"), announces the notification today to the competent offices of CONSOB of the update of the KID on the "Warrant Neodecortech 2018-2021" warrants, as envisaged in art. 4 - decies of the TUF with regard to the PRIIPs, as per EU Regulation no. 1286/2014.

The KID (Key Information Document) is a summary, standardized information document that explains the characteristics of the product in a user-friendly, understandable manner for investors, based on the European PRIIPs Regulation, relating to packaged retail investment and insurance-based products, with the aim of ensuring product comparability and increasing the degree of information transparency regarding these instruments.

The KID on the "Warrant Neodecortech 2018-2021" warrants is published in the section Corporate Governance, Documents and Shareholders' Meetings, Warrant Neodecortech 2018- 2021.
