Neodecortech S.p.A.: comunicazione sul cambiamento degli azionisti significativi

Neodecortech S.p.A., tra i principali operatori europei nella produzione di superfici decorative per pannelli nobilitati e del flooring utilizzati nel settore dell'interior design, quotata su Euronext Milan, mercato organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A. – Segmento Euronext STAR Milan, informa di aver ricevuto, in data 8 maggio 2026 comunicazione dall'azionista Azimut Investments S.A. ("Azimut"), in merito alla riduzione della propria partecipazione dal precedente 5,02% del capitale sociale (corrispondente al 5,02% dei diritti di voto), all'attuale 4,96% (corrispondente al 4,96% dei diritti di voto), a un livello inferiore alla soglia di rilevanza del 5% dei diritti di voto.
