• CONSOB notified of KID update on "Warrant Neodecortech 2018-2021"

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), listed on the MTA (electronic stock market) organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces the notification today to the competent offices of CONSOB of the KID update on the "Warrant Neodecortech 2018-2021", as envisaged in Article 4 - decies of the TUF with regard to PRIIPs, as per EU Regulation no. 1286/2014.

The KID (Key Information Document) is a summary, standardized information document that explains the characteristics of the product in a user-friendly, understandable manner for investors - based on the European PRIIPs Regulation, relating to packaged retail investment and insurance-based products, with the aim of ensuring product comparability and increasing the degree of information transparency regarding these instruments.

The KID on the "Warrant Neodecortech 2018-2021" is published in the section Corporate Governance, Documents and Shareholders' Meetings, Warrant Neodecortech 2018-2021.
