Notificato a Consob l'aggiornamento del KID sui "Warrant Neodecortech 2018‐2021

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" o la "Società"), tra i principali operatori europei nella produzione di carte decorative per pannelli nobilitati e del flooring utilizzati nel settore dell'interior design, quotata nel segmento STAR, organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., comunica che in data odierna ha notificato agli uffici competenti di Consob l'aggiornamento del KID sui "Warrant Neodecortech 2018-2021", come previsto dalla vigente normativa.

Il KID (Key Information Document) è un documento informativo sintetico e standardizzato predisposto con l'obiettivo di raffigurare le caratteristiche del prodotto in modalità facilmente fruibile e comprensibile per l'investitore – in base al Regolamento Europeo in materia di PRIIPs, relativo ai prodotti d'investimento al dettaglio e assicurativi preassemblati, con cui si vuole garantire la comparabilità tra i diversi prodotti e aumentare il grado di trasparenza delle informazioni riguardanti tali strumenti.

Il KID sui "Warrant Neodecortech 2018-2021" è pubblicato nella sezione Investors, Corporate Governance, Documenti Societari e Assemblee, Warrant Neodecortech 2018- 2021.

CONSOB notified of KID update on "Warrant Neodecortech 2018-2021"

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), one of Europe's top players in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring used in interior design, listed in the STAR segment organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces the notification today to the competent offices of CONSOB of the KID update on the "Warrant Neodecortech 2018- 2021", as envisaged by current regulations.

The KID (Key Information Document) is a summary, standardized information document that explains the characteristics of the product in a user-friendly, understandable manner for investors, based on the European PRIIPs Regulation, relating to packaged retail investment and insurance-based products, with the aim of ensuring product comparability and increasing the degree of information transparency regarding these instruments.

The KID on the "Warrant Neodecortech 2018-2021" is published in the section Investors, Corporate Governance, Documents and Shareholders' Meetings, Warrant Neodecortech 2018- 2021.
