Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" o la "Società") quotata sul Mercato Telematico Azionario organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("MTA") comunica che il Consiglio di Amministrazione, riunitosi in data odierna, in ottemperanza alle vigenti disposizioni regolamentari, ha deliberato, tra l'altro quanto segue.

1. Approvato il Piano Industriale 2021-2023 del Gruppo Neodecortech

Confermato il superamento delle criticità emerse durante la pandemia COVID 19, Neodecortech aggiorna il precedente Piano 2020-2022 approvando il Piano Industriale 2021-2023 che prevede:

• il consolidamento delle linee tradizionali quali carta decorativa, carta decorativa stampata, film plastico stampato e carta impregnata;
• un significativo sviluppo delle nuove linee di prodotto, quali laminati, EOS (finitura superficiale anti-impronta) e PPLF (film plastico laminato destinato ai complementi del flooring ed alle pareti rivestite), tutti prodotti premium destinati al mercato dell'arredamento e del

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), listed on the Mercato Telematico Azionario (electronic stock market) organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("MTA"), announces that the Board of Directors met today and, in compliance with current regulations, resolved, among other things, on the following.

1. Neodecortech Group 2021-2023 Business Plan approved

After confirming that the difficulties arising from the COVID 19 pandemic have been overcome, Neodecortech updates the previous 2020-2022 Plan by approving the 2021-2023 Business Plan, which envisages:

• the consolidation of traditional lines such as decorative paper, printed decorative paper, printed plastic film and impregnated paper;
• a strong development of the new product lines, such as laminates, EOS (anti-fingerprint surface finish) and PPLF (plastic laminated film for flooring accessories and paneled walls), all premium products for the interior design and flooring market;

flooring;

• l'incremento del 50% degli investimenti rispetto al triennio precedente, con circa il 37% degli investimenti dedicati all'introduzione di nuovi prodotti e processi, circa il 33% per l'aumento della produttività e, infine, circa il 29% per il consolidamento della capacità produttiva e gestionale;
• che gli investimenti programmati siano autofinanziati nella totalità del loro ammontare attraverso la maggiore generazione di cassa interna e senza far ricorso ad ulteriore indebitamento.
• La possibilità di cogliere eventuali adozioni della tecnologia di stampa digitale industriale qualora questa si riveli sufficientemente matura da poter essere adottata anche nel settore in cui il Gruppo opera oltre che a giustificarne un adeguato ritorno.

Il Piano pone alla propria base la Sostenibilità. Sostenibilità che già da anni caratterizza il Gruppo Neodecortech - pioniere dei principi dell'economia circolare con il 25% di utilizzo di materie prime seconde nella produzione della carta nonchè il minor utilizzo di combustibili fossili del comparto in Europa. Più in particolare, in termini di fabbisogno energetico, Cartiera di Guarcino S.p.A. copre il 25 % del fabbisogno di vapore ed il 100% dell'energia elettrica attraverso Bioenergia Spa la quale, essendo una centrale di cogenerazione a biomasse, impiega come unico combustibile un sottoprodotto di origine animale. In Neodecortech, invece, viene utilizzata energia elettrica da fonti rinnovabili al 100%. Di tale

• a 50% increase in investments versus the previous three-year period, with approximately 37% dedicated to the launch of new products and processes, approximately 33% to increasing productivity, and approximately 29% to consolidating production and operating capacity;
• that the planned investments are self-financed in their entirety through increased internal cash generation and without resorting to further debt;
• the possibility of leveraging on industrial digital printing technology should it prove to be sufficiently mature to be adopted also in the Group's segment of operation and to justify an adequate return.

The Plan is grounded upon Sustainability. Sustainability has been the overarching theme for some years now of the Neodecortech Group - a pioneer in the principles of circular economy, with 25% use of secondary raw materials in paper production as well as the lowest use of fossil fuels in the industry at European level. More specifically, in terms of energy needs, Cartiera di Guarcino S.p.A. covers 25% of steam and 100% of electricity requirements through Bioenergia S.p.A. which, as a biomass cogeneration plant, uses an animal byproduct as its sole fuel. Neodecortech, instead, uses electricity from 100% renewable sources. 10% of consumption is self-produced. This percentage will

consumo, il 10 % è autoprodotto. Questa percentuale si espanderà fino al 20% nell'arco del Piano.

Nel mese di aprile verrà pubblicato il bilancio di sostenibilità redatto secondo gli standard internazionali GRI.

2. Commento dell'Amministratore Delegato Luigi Cologni sui dati gestionali consolidati di prechiusura (non revisionati) al 31 dicembre 2020

L'AD Luigi Cologni, a margine del Consiglio, ha colto l'occasione per affermare che "Neodecortech ha già superato con successo le difficoltà della recessione economica mondiale innescata dall'emergenza sanitaria del 2020 e tutt'ora in corso, peraltro raggiungendo pienamente gli obiettivi stabiliti precedentemente allo scenario pandemico. I risultati a consuntivo, nonostante la forte criticità della primavera, beneficiano di una decisa ripresa nel secondo semestre e dell'introduzione di nuovi prodotti che avranno sempre maggiore rilevanza, consentendo ai clienti domestici ed europei di disporre di superfici premium ad alta performance. I risultati a consuntivo per l'anno appena concluso sono anche decisamente migliori di quanto ipotizzato nella revisione del budget contenuta nel prospetto informativo depositato in occasione del translisting dal segmento AIM al mercato MTA, avvenuto nel maggio dell'anno scorso. A tale miglioramento hanno contribuito tutte le maestranze che hanno sostenuto la produzione, si sono adeguati allo smart working e hanno reagito alle difficoltà del contesto sociale, particolarmente evidenti sul sito produttivo di Filago, in provincia di Bergamo. CEO Luigi Cologni, on the sidelines of the Board meeting, took the opportunity to emphasise that "Neodecortech has successfully overcome the difficulties of the global economic recession triggered by the 2020 health emergency, which is still with us, and has fully achieved the goals set before the pandemic started. The final results, despite the severe challenges of spring, build on a strong recovery in the second half of the year and the launch of new products that will gain increasing importance, enabling domestic and European customers to make use of our high-performance premium surfaces. Last year's final results are much better than those forecast in the reviewed budget contained in the Prospectus filed at the time of translisting on the MTA from AIM in May last year. An improvement achieved thanks to the efforts of all our employees who supported production, adjusted to smartworking, and reacted to the social hardships, which affected in particular the production site in Filago/Bergamo. Smartworking and the renewed central role of the home environment have also led to strong growth in Europe in the demand for furniture, which is still driving the market segments of furnishing surfaces that represent the

rinnovata centralità dell'ambiente domestico hanno anche determinato in Europa una robusta crescita della domanda di mobili che permane tutt'ora trascinando i segmenti di mercato delle superfici d'arredo che costituiscono il principale sbocco per le carte decorative di Neodecortech. Anche in questo inizio di nuovo anno, il portafoglio ordini permette a Neodecortech di guardare con fiducia il proprio posizionamento nel mercato".

3. Conferma dell'intenzione del passaggio sul segmento STAR gestito da Borsa Italiana

Confermata nuovamente l'intenzione di voler effettuare il passaggio al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana non appena le condizioni di capitalizzazione minima richieste saranno soddisfatte, essendo tutti gli altri requisiti già soddisfatti
