• Notice of the registration of the resolution to amend the regulations on the "Warrant Neodecortech 2018-2020".

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), Italian market leader in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring for interior design, with shares and warrants listed on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces the registration today of the resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders' meeting held on 9 December 2019 which, inter alia, amended the regulations on the "Warrant Neodecortech 2018- 2020", also changing the name to "Warrant Neodecortech 2018-2021".

The main changes made to the regulations are as follows:

1) extension of the warrant exercise period until 27 December 2021;

2) possibility for the Company to request admission of the warrants to trading on the MTA;

3) change of name of the warrants to "Warrant Neodecortech 2018-2021".

The Company notes that the warrants are already exercisable. Specifically, the holders of the warrants may request the subscription of Neodecortech S.p.A. ordinary shares in the ratio of 1 Conversion Share for every 4 warrants submitted for exercise, at the subscription price of € 4.00 for each Conversion Share.
